Megan Fox shares shocking details about her personal life, including a painful miscarriage with Machine Gun Kelly, in her new book of poetry .

Megan Fox has revealed in her new book of poems,  Pretty Boys Are Poisonous , that she suffered a miscarriage with her fiancé,  Machine Gun Kelly . The 37-year-old actress shared this heartbreaking experience and more confessions, which she narrates through poetry.

During an interview on Good Morning America , Fox , mother of three children from her previous relationship with Brian Austin Green , opened her heart about the painful event. “I had never been through anything like this in my life. Having three children already, it was a very difficult experience for both of us,” she recalled.

What did he reveal in the collection of poems?

The actress details the tragic loss in the book’s final two poems, titled “I” and “II,” according to Six Page . “There’s an ultrasound next to your side of the bed, 10 weeks and 1 day… do you think if I could, I would have left a suicide note?” quotes one of the poems along with a drawing of a woman holding a baby.

In addition to revealing her personal experience, Megan Fox also addresses her painful experiences in abusive relationships, both physically and psychologically, with “very famous people” in her book, without revealing their names.

“Over the course of my life, I’ve been in at least one physically abusive relationship and several very psychologically abusive relationships. I’ve only been publicly involved with a few people, but I shared energy, I guess you could say, with people who were horrible people. Also very famous people. But nobody knows that I was involved with those people,” she explained.
